The Germar Rudolf issue is creeping up again, not because he has a lot of
support, in the contrary. Dr.
Fredrick Toben defends him like his life depends on it. Strange relationship
I would say. Reminds me of the movie Beckett, Archbishop of Canterbury and
the King of England. The king totally infatuated with Beckett to the point
where he jeopardizes the crown.
Finally, a few of the kings knights kill Beckett. 

Like Martin Webster, let me also make clear, no one is questioning the
tremendous work of Germar Rudolf. What was in question and still is, is why
Germar Rudolf, who is here for political asylum, associates himself with the
country's notorious white supremacist David Duke. In fact, as Mr. Webster
points out in the letter below, Rudolf actually sent around a "I love Duke"
letter, where he assures everyone that the Duke is innocent. He believes
that, not because he has done research on the matter, but because Duke told
him so.
Add on that he is a constant guest on Duke's radio show and conferences, and
you easily put two and two together. 

As for the $50,000, let me say it again that this was told to me in an
e-mail by Duke's right-hand man Jamie Kelso. His exact words: "Germar's
brunt of the legal cost was paid for by Duke supporters. To make matters
worse, Germar again takes the stand in favor of yet another notorious white
supremacist, who works also under the alias of Charles Lindberg. 

Then, a week later, we find on Germar's own website that he has not only
raised the $50,000 for the legal costs, but 67% more. That is almost another
$40,000. 

So, I am asking the same question that Mr. Webster is asking. Is my approach
so unreasonable? 

But the real issue folks is, should we support someone who is not only
stupid, but jeopardizes the revisionist message by associating himself with
haters.

Dear Fredrick,

Thank you for taking the trouble to write to me. Your views are always
interesting, even when I do not agree with them. I'll review what you have
to say and respond in a few days.

I have always referred to the report (which I think did not originate with
Walter Mueller) that Germar Rudolf had been given a $50,000 donation as an
"allegation".

Since my initial posting in Walter's 'Patriot Report', Germar has e-mailed
me to deny categorically that he received any such donation. He also sent me
correspondence between himself and Duke in which he requested that the
source of the allegation be tracked down. I placed all this on record via a
further posting in the latest 'Patriot Report'.

I say again: like Germar personally and admire his work. My beef with him is
that he attached his good reputation as a non-political academic/scientific
Historical Revisionist researcher to the reputation Dave Duke whose
political career is, to put it no more bluntly, marked by dubiety,
especially in the areas of finances.

A year or so ago, Germar issued to all and sundry a statement in which he
declared that Dave Duke was wholly innocent of the charges to which he had
pleaded guilty. Germar's sole source of information about Duke's "innocence"
was Duke. Germar had little or no prior personal knowledge of Duke. In
issuing such a statement he made himself a hostage to fortune.

Is my approach so unreasonable?

I am sorry to learn that you and Walter Mueller have fallen out and hope
that you can both get back on good terms very soon.
